LANDSCAPING – SITE LEADER

Job Description

Seeking skilled, experienced workers with management skills for landscape installation and maintenance work. Looking to fill landscaping positions immediately.  

Job Duties:  Must be able to supervise other team members on project sites for landscape installation of trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals or any other items for installation.  Utilize team members for the most efficient time on the jobsite while maintaining high standard of quality.

Maintenance consists of weeding, deadheading/grooming formal gardens, fertilizing, summer maintenance, spring and fall clean up.

Job Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Management skills at least one year experience
  • Experienced using power tools including bobcat, chainsaw, walk behind dingo, sod cutter, and bed edger.
  • Good work ethic Customer service
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Compensation will be based on work experience  $15.00/hr and up depending on skills.
  • Past employment references needed in the related field
